When creating the form, members will now have a copy for their records. After you get your copy of the form, under FILE at the top of the screen, do a SELECT ALL, then SAVE AS to create a copy for your files into a folder that you have created. Contact Jim Eckler with any questions

All voucher schools are updated as of 11/27/2007. Carrollwood Day School, Pepin Academy and Tampa Bay Christian added. Contact Jim Eckler on any problems. The district schools are included in alphabetical order as well as being grouped together at the end of each section for ease of location. This form will be sent directly to Thom Powers' EMAIL ID.

Pay dates will coincide with Basketball meeting dates with a final pay date to be announced by Thom at the last formally scheduled meeting. projected pay dates for the 2007-08 season:  11/28/07, 12/19/07 and 01/07/2008, and 02/11/2008

Use the arrow on the right box to page down to find the school and type of contest, then enter the Arbiter game number of the game in the left box, then the game date in the middle box, both obtainable from your schedule, .

All fees should reflect the change in fees for all voucher schools, and the fees and travel have been totaled to make to calculation easier, although you do still have to add the individual school amounts to get the voucher total.

Take the total amount from each school and combine them  to get the total voucher amount; please double check the amounts before submitting and only click the submit button once.
