Report Technical All Fouls

Per instructions created by the Basketball VP and approved by the president of the WCOA, all officials issuing technical fouls will be required to submit a brief report, with an adequate explanation, on these technical fouls, which will be recorded by the VP.

When creating the form, all members can retain a copy for their records. After you get your copy of the form, do a SELECT ALL under the edit section at the top of your screen, then SAVE AS to create a copy for your files, stored on your personal computer.

Please include details, such a player number if known and specifics as to why the technical was issued. The home and visitor schools now have a drop down list. If you have a school not in the drop down list, please enter it in the Visitor non WCOA School area.
