Regular NFHS rules with FHSAA exceptions (14" coaching box and experimental free throw lane)  Same as high school with the following exceptions:

 

1) First half of game: no full court defense 

2) 5^th quarter running clock for bench personnel who did not play during regulation four quarters.

WCOA officials-full dress uniform at all times.
