The Members of the West Coast Officials Association under the
statement that all new users are registered
members of the WCOA, either football or basketball, and agrees to abide by
the Bylaws of the association,
knowing that any action that is not in the best interest of the association
or acting in a manner detrimental to the policy established with the
schools under contract to the WCOA, or in a manner not deemed professional in
nature in abiding with the good reputation established by this organization,
we will terminate any and all access to the WCOA web site and remove all
information regarding the offending user from the web site as well as
taking
action necessary to rectify any offenses committed by the offending user, and
the WCOA
reserves the
right to modify, or change these Terms of Service.
Please do not use your email address as
a login as it will not be accepted and will be truncated. nor use blanks,
as you must have a
one word password, at least a length of 4 characters/numbers or greater .
The password will be case sensitive when logging
in.

mandatory and please send a note to the administrator to expedite the creation
of your access folder. .
