Clement Brooks received the first award that will
be called the "Official
of the Year"
as recognized by High School Basketball Coaches Assocition.
The first recipient, according to Doug Aplin, President of the
TBBCA, was obvious:
Clem was honored on April 9th at the Radisson Inn on the
Causeway at 6:00 p.m.
The WCOA will schedule a basketball banquet at the end of the
season with information to be posted later, after polling the
membership at the 2/5 meeting.
