Purpose: accepting an application for WCOA Treasurer

 

The Treasurer shall be an appointive position that is approved by the Executive Board of Directors for a term of one year.

The Executive Board of Directors may make an application available for the position of Treasurer on or before February 1 of each year and shall be required to appoint a Treasurer prior to August 1 of each year. The appointed Treasurer shall sign a contractual agreement as provided by the Executive Board of Directors yearly, which designates the duties as well as the compensation for this position.

This gives any and all ample time to ask and research all the questions you make have prior to this meeting.  Since I have already sent out a mass message for this position and made a selection for this position, I will not send another. But if any of you have some one you wish to nominate, please do so now.

At the conclusion of this meeting will vote to approve or dis-approve this nominee.
