WCOA St Leo Basketball Camp Registration

Please use this form to register for the WCOA St Leo basketball camp for the summer of 2007, scheduled for June 29 and June 30. This form will be transmitted directly to Ed Sidlasky as well as Thom Powers. Please remember to mail your camp payment directly to Thom Powers after you complete this form. Please retain your copy as a confirmation of your camp registration. If you register to attend more than one camp, you need to complete a registration form for each camp.

If you attended the first St Leo camp on June 1st and 2nd, then the fee for this camp is $25; other wise, the fee for this camp is $50.
