The board discussed the meeting dates, times and locations for the 2005-06 season, which Alan Reed will present to the members at the next regular 09/21/05 meeting at 07:00 PM in the Armwood HS cafeteria.

The board reviewed with new members training officer, Jack Brown, the dates for training new officials, which will be reviewed at the 09/21 meeting.

Training director Ed Sidlasky discussed requirements and plans for the WCOA fall basketball clinic which has a tentative date of 09/05/95. Additional board discussion to follow to firm up the date, location and plans for the clinic.

WCOA president Clem Brooks will provide the latest information on the the state and FHSAA issue at the 09/21 meeting, to comply with the Jessica Lunsford act as far as fingerprinting and background checks.

Alan Reed will review and discuss the proper grievance procedures for 2005/06, at the next meeting.

Jon Decker will finalize the procedures to be followed my members desiring to do middle school games.

The board discussed the potential of providing some type of rebate to basketball members. 

The updated committee members for the new season will be posted on the web when the updated list can be finalized by board member Mike Hegarty. 

The FHSAA state basketball clinic will be on 10/12/05 at Armwood HS, with NO ONE admitted after 07:00 PM
