09/10/03- Attendees: John Adejunmobi, Jon Decker,  Mike Hegarty, Mike Crosslin, Jim Eckler

Meeting agenda  The agenda for the meeting at 07:00 PM was discussed and finalized as to the speakers and topics

Opening:  Jim Eckler welcomes all attendees and thanks the summer league,  camp, girl scout tournament and WCOA camp participants. Introduces all board members

Mike Hegarty : Discuss the requirements for attendance, for training sessions and the mandatory meetings

John Adejunmobi : Discuss the various committees, their chairpersons and the need to fill vacant positions.

Mike Crosslin : Discuss the training sessions, the upcoming training for new officials, camp results, specific aspects of the training rules and the necessity for advanced camps. Have the new people introduce themselves.

Jon Decker : Discuss the middle school basketball program, the importance of being on time and dressing properly, game assignments and the various procedures involved with the scheduling process

Thom Powers- The necessity for registering with the FHSAA and WCOA in a timely manner.

Jim Eckler will ask for questions, discuss the next meetings and break to talk to the new people.

Other topics :

1. Any one who shows up after the meeting starts at 07:00 will only receive 1/2 point for attendance
2. All new officials will be required to bring their uniforms to allow the board to review them before the season starts
3. All meeting with the board must be scheduled in advance with no walkups allowed.
4. The Dunbrook basketball jacket is required before high school basketball starts and members will be penalized if they do not wear the jacket.
