This page contains the minutes from the 2003-2004 basketball board meetings. 09/03/03- Attendees: John Adejunmobi, Jon Decker, Mike Hegarty, Mike Crosslin, Jim Eckler, Jack Brown. Clem Brooks This was after the Open House for new members, held at the Best Western in Brandon, on Adamo drive Status: After the promotional activates, the WCOA had several potential new recruits, as well as a few current WCOA members who dropped by for support. the new members committee members present were:
Status : All new members were signed up via the WCOA forms and provided a meeting schedule for 2003-04. They also received the welcome members letter form the VP and had an opportunity to discuss the WCOA with the members present. The atmosphere was light and relaxed, allowing the new members to ask questions and discuss basketball with those members present. Training and FHSAA films involving WCOA members were available on the VCR and were discussed with the new members Board meeting : After the new membership meeting concluded, President Brooks discussed the WCOA bylaws with the basketball board members, along with policies that must be upheld within the WCOA. The allegations involving cheating on the FHSAA football test were discussed and plans to address this with the state were outlined as the WCOA Executive board needs to address this
