The board discussed summer camps in detail, including requirements as well as the date and time for the WCOA USF camp; details to be provided at this next meeting.

The board discussed the summer league requirements, including format, procedures, attire and coach and player behavior.

The board reviewed the requirements for crew selection this year and began the groundwork for crew selection criteria for next year.

The board began establishing for format for meeting for the 2006-07 season as well as proposals for the first basketball only meeting date.

The board reviewed the necessity for replacing some crew members as some had to cancel for various reasons, with the crews modified as necessary with the next available crew members.

VP Alan Reed will discuss the available information from this meeting as well as plans for the next year  at the 02/15 basketball meeting.
