This is an example of the official High School uniform
to be worn by all West Coast Official Association members officiating state
sanctioned school contests
in Florida..
DO NOT WEAR THE OFFICIAL FHSAA PATCH WHEN OFFICIATING NON-FHSAA
SANCTIONED CONTESTS, such as camps, various leagues, etc. Contact a WCOA board
member if you have questions.
SHIRT - Gray V-NECK, NO POCKET, WITH THE FHSAA PATCH LOCATED WHERE A POCKET WOULD
BE ON THE LEFT.
PANTS - BLACK BELTLESS SLACKS, Pleats preferred. SANSABELT IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE.
( Can be purchased from JC Penny, Dillards or one of the sporting equipment
providers on the links page. Slacks with a belt will not be worn to
officiate WCOA association games.
SHOES - BLACK, NO VISIBLE MARKINGS, SEVERAL MODELS AVAILABLE,
'MUST' BE CLEAN
AND POLISHED.
SOCKS - BLACK OUTER SOCKS, OTHERS ANY COLOR UNDER THE BLACK SOCKS BUT
NOT VISIBLE.
WHISTLE - FOX-40, BLACK PLASTIC
UNDERSHIRT- WHITE OR BLACK, no markings
LANYARD - BLACK, SMITTY OR NORMAL REFEREE LANYARD, ALWAYS
BLACK.
A FHSAA patch can not be worn at any
non-FHSAA sanctioned game
