Members must request a meeting with the WCOA basketball board a minimum of two weeks in advance and a board member will advise of the first open date and time. When creating the form, a member will have a copy for their records. After you get your copy of the form do a SELECT ALL, then SAVE AS to create a copy for your files. Please contact Jim Eckler if you have questions Any member desiring to meet with the board must schedule a meeting in advance, stating their objective for discussion. All fields with an * must be completed.
